Working Lead Field Supervisor

 

The primary function of the Working Lead Field Supervisor is to facilitate specific crews to complete work at job sites, foresee any possible obstacles or items requiring extra lead times as well as provide hands on work in conjunction with on-site supervision.

These tasks include but are not limited to the following:

  • 5+ years experience in construction as a skilled carpenter

  • Carpentry, installation, and millwork: Trim work, Demolition, Finish Moulding/Exterior Trim, Cabinet installs, Window/Door installs, Stairs, sheer wall, stack roof

  • Responsible to perform daily hands on labor as needed per job site

  • Assist in project management so that the necessary materials are available

  • Manages employees needed to complete project

  • Communicate with clients, Project Managers, management, and office personnel

  • Provide any updates and timeline advisories to the involved parties

  • Must be able to read, write and speak English, Spanish a plus

  • Complete necessary paperwork and forms, Itemize receipts by job and scope

  • Fully capable of reviewing and understanding blueprints

  • Capable of managing multiple projects and multiple employees

  • Adhere to project schedules and deadlines

  • OSHA 30 hour certification a plus

  • Ability to work independently

  • Strong sense of team work on all jobs/projects

Field Service Technician

 

The Field Service Technician is responsible for inspection, repair, and maintenance of window and door products in the field and reports to our Service Manager.

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Must have knowledge of European Window and door hardware and how to service them

  • Must know how to lubricate hardware, install weather stripping, adjust windows and doors

  • Inspects, repairs, and maintains window and door products in the field.

  • Visits jobsites as required

  • Communicates with customers and team members at all levels

  • Coordinates service jobs, managing time and travel as appropriate

  • Documents information at jobsites

  • Answers, diagnoses, and/or troubleshoots customer product and installation questions.

  • Provides suggestions to improve productivity and quality

  • Performs additional duties as assigned

 

Requirements:

  • 2+ years relevant work experience

  • Demonstrated experience with wood door and window products

  • Must be able to lift 100+ pounds

  • Must have driver’s license and reliable vehicle

  • Professional appearance

  • Flexibility to travel

  • Strong focus on customer service

  • Strong problem solving skills

  • Ability to juggle many projects simultaneously

  • Shows initiative in seeking to improve processes

  • Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written

Cabinet Maker


We are looking for a candidate to join our shop that has previous experience in making custom millwork, cabinets, doors and windows.

 

The ideal candidate will have the below qualifications 
•Ability to construct custom cabinets and millwork based off shop drawings.
•Ability to run shapers, sanders, saws, joiners, routers, planers and all general shop equipment, safely. 
•Experience in the construction of doors and windows is a plus but not a must.
•Must be able to read shop drawings and work independently to create custom work
•Flexibility in schedule, willing to do installations if required and work overtime if necessary.
•Commitment to highest standards and workmanship.
•Pay is based on experience and skill.

•Have their own basic set of hand tools

CNC Machine Operator

 

We are looking for an experienced CNC operator to join our engineering department.

 

Job Description:

  • Create/ work on drawings in AutoCad 2016 for windows, doors, cabinets, and trim details.

  • Support the engineering department on all assigned projects

 

Qualifications:

  • Experience with drawing doors, windows, and millwork.

  • Ability to work in Auto-Cad with wood products

  • Experience working with Alpha-Cam or 3D software in a CNC environment a plus

AutoCad Drafter

 

We are looking for an experienced drafter to join our team

Job Description:

  • Create/ work on drawings in AutoCad 2016 for windows, doors, cabinets, and trim details.

  • Prepare shop drawings based on construction drawings

  • Support the engineering department on all assigned projects

  • Work with vendors and manufacturers to source necessary materials to complete projects

  • Communicate with clients in order to generate correct shop drawings

  • Correct all revisions made by client to achieve total approval of shop drawings

  • Travel to site meetings with clients to discuss project/ shop drawings

Qualifications:

  • Job Experience 5-7 years in architectural, interior design, or general contracting environment

  • Experience with drawing doors, windows, and custom millwork

  • Motivated & proactive self-starter

  • Ability to work in Auto-Cad 2016

Compensation: Full-time, Salary positioned
